We have facilitated the shipping and delivery process for you because your comfort is our priority.
Bateel Diver delivers your orders through the company's fleet, and other delivery companies or individuals may be called upon at peak times to confirm your service and deliver your orders in a timely manner to you.
The delivery method for Bateel Diver is delivery on the same day or on another day, depending on your geographical area, with the option for you to choose the appropriate time for you to deliver at any time during the day, week, or even during the month
In the event of urgent requests, please contact customer service and we will do our best to assist you
You will be required to sign a copy of the invoice to confirm your receipt of the products as indicated on the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address will be considered as your receipt of the order
In the event that we reach the registered address and no one is present at this address, please contact customer service to determine another time for delivery and the company will not be responsible for any request that passes the 3 days from the first date of delivery of the order. Note that in the event that you are not available at the agreed time of delivery for twice, additional fees will be charged for delivery after that.
Delivery are free for ordering (Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Saihat, Anak, Al Qatif, Al Awjam, Safwa, Ras Tanura) and the rest of the cities of the Kingdom Shipping by aramex and well payment on delivery are cost 25 riyals for the shipping company.
Delivery schedule
- We provide daily delivery service except Friday and public holidays in the country
- Shipping and delivery take place within 24 hours of ordering.
Important information about delivery
- The applicant is required to sign his receipt of procurement document.
- The Bateel Diver ensures that the order is safe from theft and damage the moment it leaves the store until the moment of delivery. Bateel Diver Company is not responsible for the product after signing the receipt document
- Bateel Diver is not responsible for any delay caused by the procedures for payment of fees by the applicant.
- Adding fees to the cost of shipping the order if the place of delivery is located in a remote area.
- If you wish to cancel and replace your order, please go to the return policy page and follow the steps listed there
- Please note that if your order has already been submitted and you wish to cancel it, you must wait for it to reach you and then proceed with the return
